How to Use Our Website

The store sections (clothing, bags, shoes, accessories, lifestyle and vintage) list products for sale on the website. Specific filtering can be applied (where applicable) to limit the items displayed by designer or colour. Available sizes are listed on the detail page of an item, with a link to further sizing details found in the ‘More information’ panel at the bottom of the page.

Having chosen the size and colour (where applicable) of an item, click ‘add to shopping bag’ to place the item in your bag. Items can be duplicated or removed from the bag, and the payment process is not started until the ‘Proceed to payment’ button is pressed.

The ‘Next season’s preview’ section allows a first view of the items to be stocked in the coming months. You can register your interest in any of these items, to be contacted via email when they arrive at Koh Samui.

Packaging

All orders are beautifully wrapped in our luxurious Koh Samui boxes and are finished with a satin bow. A personal message can be included to turn the order into a special gift.

Product Information

  • Product Representation

    Koh Samui has made every effort to display the products featured on our website as accurately as possible. But due to the constraints of digital reproduction and colour capabilities of individual monitors we cannot guarantee exact colour reproduction.

  • Out of Stock / Availability

    If an item you are interested in is out of stock or your preferred size or colour unavailable please contact us via e-mail at onlineboutique@kohsamui.co.uk stating which item, colour & size you are interested in, so as we can advise you of future availability.

    Although our web site is continuously updated, all items are subject to availability. If an item on your order is out of stock we will attempt to contact you on the email address provided. If unavailable item is part of an order, we will proceed with the rest of your order unless you instruct us otherwise within 24 hours of you receiving our email.

Pricing / Payment

Before proceeding with a purchase you will need to open an account with Koh Samui.

All prices shown on the website are in UK Sterling (£) and inclusive of VAT at the current rate. We have included a link showing other currencies so you can convert amount to your local currency. Please be aware that this is only to be used as a guide. We update this service regularly, but are not always able to show the correct rate for each day.

All transactions are processed in pounds sterling.

Koh Samui accept all major credit & charge cards.

All transactions are subject to credit/debit card validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. In accordance with UK law.

We can then deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice once payment has been authorised.

Vat Refunds

For customers ordering from outside of the European Community VAT will be deducted from price at payment point.

Please note that all shipments outside of the European Community may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches a country. Any charges levied by a country’s customs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Online Security

Our servers employ secure socket layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the all the information (including your bank details), that is transferred between you and us during the order procedure. The SSL, provided by GeoTrust, not only provides maximum security for this data but also ensures that the identity of the website is authentic.

As additional security your bank details are processed in the secure environment of our payment gateway (provided by Secpay www.secpay.com), and are not stored in any way on the Koh Samui server.

We have also implemented Verified by Visa (vBv) and MasterCard SecureCode (SecureCode), known collectively as 3D Secure. This acts as an additional security layer as it requires you to enter a personal password before payment can be taken. If you have not already registered with 3D Secure you will be asked to do so at the point of payment. (Please note that all future online transactions that use 3D Secure will require the entry of the password you create during this registration process.)

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase for any reason you have 72 hours to notify us, where we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange.

If you want to exchange an item for a different garment you will need to receive a refund and then place a new order.

Koh Samui will only exchange an item for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability. Exchanged items will only be dispatched once we have received the goods and they have passed a quality control check. Exchanged items can be returned free of charge if you follow the procedure outlined below, but replacements will be subject to shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed once we have received the item back. The amount will be the full value of item, shipping costs are not refunded.

Koh Samui offer a free return shipping service via our agents DHL. To receive this service please follow our returns policy:

Returns Policy:

You must notify us within 72 hours of receipt of item and obtain a Returned Exchanged Notification (REN) number, by emailing us at: returns@kohsamui.co.uk. Koh Samui will then email you your REN number which must be used in all further correspondence and send you the procedure for returning items free with DHL.

Complete your Returns Pro-Forma Invoice with your REN number and fill in your DHL airway bill and sign it.

Items must then be sent back within 7 days of receiving them to: Koh Samui, 65 – 67 Monmouth Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9DG United Kingdom. Please use the pre printed return DHL Airway Bill that you received with your purchase.

The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it. With all labels/ tags still attached and no signs of wear. Swimming costumes & lingerie must be returned with the hygiene strip in place. Shoes must be returned in their original boxes.

Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging, this helps to protect items during transit. Shoe boxes should also be returned in their original packaging.

Please note that failure to follow our procedures may result in the item being returned to you. The decision will be made by the discretion of Koh Samui.

Our free return policy does not apply if you are returning items from a country different to the delivery address.

If you return items by via any other shipping agent other than DHL, Koh Samui will not accept any responsibility for costs or insurance.

If you have requested a refund we can only credit the card originally used for this transaction.

Exchanged items are subject to availability. If your preferred size is out of stock we will refund you.

Gift Returns

If you have received an item as a gift through Koh Samui we will happily exchange your item for the same item in a different size or colour (subject to availability). If you have not yet opened an account with Koh Samui you will need to do so first.

Exchanged items will only be dispatched once we have received the goods and they have passed a quality control check. Exchanged items can be returned free of charge if you follow the procedure outlined above. Replacements will be subject to shipping costs.

We cannot offer a refund for gifts to any other card than the one originally used for this transaction.

Please follow the returns procedure above for returning gifts.

Faulty Items

If an item becomes faulty due to a manufacturing problem, you can return item for inspection by obtaining a REN number (see return & exchanges section above) by emailing us at returns@kohsamui.co.uk

The returned item will be inspected by Koh Samui or returned to the manufacturer for inspection before a decision to repair, exchange or refund is made.

Any returned items that are deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty and will be returned to customer at their expense.

General

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes to the terms and conditions will become effective at the time they are posted on our website. Returning customers are advised to re-check these terms regularly. By continuing to use our website constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by English Law, with English courts having exclusive jurisdiction.
